JON LAWYER: PRESIDENT
Jon has been active in all aspects of railroad maintenance and construction for the past 30 years. He started his career with Annex Railroad Builders in 1980 working in the maintenance shop and driving their tractor/trailer. He was later promoted to Surfacing Superintendent where he operated and maintained tampers along with supervising the other operators. Jon was involved in organizing Annex Railroad Builders' Crossing Division where he was in charge of 3 crews. In January of 1998 he left Annex Railroad Builders to become a partner in AllTrack Inc., serving as Secretary/Treasurer until being promoted to President in January of 2009.
JAMES LAWYER: SECRETARY/TREASURER
James began his railroad career working for Annex Railroad Builders in 1969 driving a tractor/trailer delivering equipment and materials to job sites. He was promoted to Project Manager in 1972 and remained with the company until joining the Indiana State Police in 1974. He continued his career as a road trooper until 1980. At that time he returned to Annex Railroad Builders as Vice President and was in charge of scheduling personnel and projects. He remained in this position until the end of 1997, when he decided to form a partnership with his brother, Jon Lawyer. Together they purchased AllTrack Inc. in January of 1998 and have since relocated operations to Pendleton, IN.
JAMEY VIBBERT: VICE-PRESIDENT
Jamey's railroading career began in 1993 with Annex Railroad Builders. He was hired in as a laborer and was quickly promoted to a heavy equipment operator in 1995. After a year of operating various pieces of railroad equipment Jamey was promoted to Foreman in 1996 where he traveled across the Midwest with a crew completing several railroad construction projects. In 1998 Jamey left Annex Railroad Builders and accepted a job with AllTrack Inc. Shortly after he was promoted to General Superintendent/Project Manager and oversaw all operations at Crane Naval Base for the next 6 years. In 2004 Jamey was promoted to Chief Estimator and brought into the Pendleton office where he now works and serves as Vice-President.
